Troubleshooting:

• This is the general price for most repairs. If your problem isn’t listed below, it belongs in this category. Minimum Charge of 1 hour, Maximum charge of 3 hours. Internet, server, networking, no boot, or multiple problems can sometimes exceed the 3 hour Maximum.

Training:

Tune-Up:

$45.00 On or Off-Site

• Clean up and optimization of your computer. A tune-up involves these tasks: disabling unneeded start-up programs, checking for malware (viruses, etc.), deleting temporary and junk files, cleaning Windows registry, defragmenting hard drive, updating Windows, and installing software that is useful for maintaining your computer.

Virus, Malware Removal:

$50.00 Off-Site, $60 On-Site

• Removal of all viruses, spyware, adware, worms, trojans, keyloggers, rootkits, and other nasties.

Back up Restore and Reinstall:

$120.00 Off-Site ONLY

• Backup important data, drivers and software keys.
• Format hard drive and reinstall Windows O.S. restore data and software, update and configure bios, tune computer to optimal performance.
• Update operating system with latest critical security patches.
• Install virus and spyware, malware protection.
• Install and configure internet firewall.
• Tune and secure Firefox web browser.

Network Setup:

• Setup a wired or wireless network so each computer can share data and devices (printers, scanners, etc.)
